ELISA M. CARTER MPA, PA-C FOUNDER / OWNER
Elisa is local to the area and has been a well respected medical provider for over 22 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of William & Mary in 1999 followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Degree from EVMS in 2003. She has experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiology, Gastroenterology/Hepatology, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Wellness and Aesthetics. She is also of Cuban-Irish decent and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
She is passionate and desires to improve each patient’s quality of life by empowering them to look and feel their best. It is, therefore, her goal and mission to provide med spa services to the community while maintaining high standards of quality care, prioritizing patient safety and providing unparalleled customer service with customized treatment plans for each valued patient. She is committed to enhancing each of her patient’s unique appearance and health naturally through aesthetic and wellness treatments, while facilitating a graceful aging process.

Katherine Helepololei, BSN RN Aesthetic Nurse
Katherine is a dedicated registered nurse with over six years of emergency room experience and more than two years specializing in aesthetics. She obtained her first Bachelor’s in Biology at California State University-Long Beach, and later obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing at University of Texas Arlington. Katherine is currently advancing her education at the University of Texas Arlington to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Katherine is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care. She believes in treating each patient as a whole—taking the time to listen, understand their goals, and create personalized plans to support their skin care and overall wellness journey.
Outside of her professional life, Katherine is married to a retired Coast Guard AMT, and has two kids.

Danielle Keeter, BSN, RN Aesthetic Nurse
Danielle is a local with a strong commitment to giving back to the community that helped shape her. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and has over three years of hands-on experience as a perianesthesia registered nurse. Danielle is driven by enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for continual growth.
With a lifelong interest in aesthetics, she is thrilled to transition into the world of medical aesthetics, where artistry meets science. Moreover, she is eager to combine her clinical expertise and compassionate approach to deliver natural, personalized results that enhance each client’s unique beauty.
Danielle is dedicated to helping clients feel confident and empowered in their own skin and is excited to grow in this ever-evolving field, continually learning, and helping patients look and feel their absolute best!

Autumn Peters, Front Desk Receptionist
Autumn is a local with a passion for creating positive, welcoming experiences for every client who walks through the door. With over four years of customer service experience, she brings strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a warm, approachable energy to the front desk. Many clients may also recognize her from a nearby local sushi restaurant, where she continues to build connections within the community she loves.
Currently pursuing her education in surgical technology, Autumn is excited to grow within the medical field and values the opportunity to be part of a clinical environment. She is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced settings, helping ensure each day runs smoothly for both clients and staff.
In her role, Autumn supports daily operations by welcoming clients, coordinating schedules, and creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. She enjoys being part of each client’s journey and loves seeing clients leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.
With a personal interest in skincare and overall wellness, Autumn embraces the philosophy that when you look good, you feel good. She has loved learning about the world of medical aesthetics and supporting a team dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.
Outside of work and school, Autumn enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and traveling whenever she has the opportunity to experience new places and perspectives.
